Monday: Libra Moon with challenging squares. Sun and Venus in Capricorn align with Jupiter in Scorpio. Healthy, productive decisions receive emotional support and resources from others. Today's color is Blue.

Tuesday: Libra Moon void of course from 11:25 am until 3:05 pm EST. Sun meets Venus and Pluto (all 3 in conjunction) in Capricorn for practical and sensible relationship decisions and interactions.  Relationships and partnerships are the focus today. Scorpio Moon begins 3:05 pm. Dark reds like Maroon are today's color.

Wednesday: Scorpio Moon, passionate and strong willed. Sun aligns with Mars in Scorpio strengthening those same traits and adding structure. Protect your best interests. Create.

August 3rd to 9th, 2017

Thursday: Moon void of course from 5:38 to 8:37 pm EDT. We are warming up for a lunar eclipse, which is a Full Moon, in Aquarius on Monday at 2:11pm EDT. We are likely to feel and observe change in the air. The Moon meets Saturn in the 3 am hour (eastern time zone). Go over agreements, plans and considering important decisions that require maturity and courage.  Saturn is retrograde until August 25th, in Sagittarius. The Moon and Uranus form a trine, feeding each others' fire, at 5:38 pm EDT as the Moon moves void of course. This is an exciting or precarious trine. Move thoughtfully through these hours. Capricorn Moon shift happens at 8:37 pm EDT  and about 9 hours later the Moon will be exactly opposite Venus in Cancer, activating relationship and family matters. You may notice opposition or adversarial energies. You may also have a chance to meet someone in the middle and find compromise. Also note that Uranus moves retrograde at 1:31 am EDT.  Less attention is given to outer planets retrogrades though a sudden back up or halt could be signaled. Today's color is Green.

Friday: Capricorn Moon. Jupiter squares Pluto in Libra/Capricorn. Attune to how you or others use will,  resources, and knowledge. How are control and power at play? Aim for what's grounded and fair. We are very close to the eclipse and sudden changes include closure, people departing, major decisions or events that precipitate such decisions. Strong judgement is called for. Seek right action and fair outcomes.  Today's color is Black.

Saturday: Capricorn Moon meets Pluto and squares Jupiter. Yesterday's forecast is entirely relevant today. The eclipse is a Full Moon, waxing now through Monday at 2:11 pm EDT. This is powerful and eventful period.  Some of today's themes include facing fear, doing what's just. finishing products and projects and remaining grounded. Today's color is Gray.

Sunday: It's the eve of the Lunar Eclipse, and the Capricorn Moon gives way to Aquarius Moon at 8:15 am EDT. Void Moon is 5:22 to 8:15 am EDT. Dreams activate. You may want to sleep late or feel like sleep is intermittent. Aquarius Moon is generally suited to group meetings and events, and connecting with like minded souls. Aquarius Moon will go on to oppose Mars early on Monday. That opposition may be disagreeable. It may also activate us around common vision, if we're fortunate and experience the positives during this eclipse. It's the first of 2 this month. All Full Moons lead to coming full circle, completions, closures and peaks, and sometimes to dreams realized in their fullest expression. Honor due dates.  Mercury is about to be retrograde, starting the 12th. Today's color is Turquoise Blue.

Monday: Lunar eclipse in Aquarius 2:11 pm EDT across from the Sun, as always, and across from Mars in Leo. Jupiter is supportive from Libra, which can assist with the right people at the right time, legal matters ready to resolve, and in some cases educational or travel decisions that must be made now or very soon. Mars opposition often does not make life easy. Mars is in Leo, sign of children, sometimes paternal in nature, and always youthful and resilient. Notice any of that in process.  Today's color is White.

Tuesday: Aquarius Moon aligns with Saturn retro in Sagittarius. This also applies to Monday since it's a late night/wee hours sextile. All that is global and wide in scope relates. Attention will be called to life decisions, the people involved and the travel, knowledge and wisdom required. Saturn is retro and retroactive is a word that could apply. At 3:07 pm the Moon aligns with Uranus in Aries, leading to sudden, spontaneous, combustible, or impulsive action and events. Watch your step, drive safely, avoid confrontations for now. Moon to Pisces at 5:56 pm EDT. Romance, imagination and dreams are featured for the evening. Being by the ocean or lake is a Pisces Moon plus.  Today's color is Light Blue.

Wednesday: Pisces Moon through Thursday. The Moon harmonizes with Venus in Cancer for romance and creativity. Seek harmony through communication even if it seems like the opposing sides are strong.  Mercury is across from the Moon and set to retrograde for about 3 weeks starting on the 12th. Perhaps you can reach a temporary compromise or plan today. Take a soft, easygoing, non confrontational approach to be in harmony with Venus, Mercury and the Moon in water and earth signs. Less is more is a phrase that comes to mind. Moon and Neptune fuel romance and imagination as they meet in Pisces. However they also make it easy to slip back into patterns of escapism, substance abuse, and denial. Can you stay real and true, clear headed and willing? Today's color is Pink.

Monday: Virgo to Libra Moon

The Moon is in Virgo, solid until 1:16 pm EDT and then transitioning through void of course time until 4:23 pm. During Virgo's hours, there's a sextile to Saturn in Scorpio. Practical, conservative solutions, trouble shooting, and helping out elders and those who need strong advisement is favored.  Once the Moon is void of course, avoid major decisions and conversations you need results from. This can be a good time to be excused from something you didn't or cannot follow through on. Make an honest excuse if need be.  Libra Moon comes at 4:23 pm EDT, and overnight the Moon will relate to Mars in Leo. Social activity picks up early this week. Today's color is lavender.

Tuesday: Libra Moon

The Moon is in harmony with Mars, active and outgoing in Libra and Leo.  Aim for balanced, fair resolutions.  Discussions will be passionate and may be heated. Stay calm and avoid arguments.  It's a day to consider sides of a story and bring up points of contention for review.  Resist the urge to jump to conclusions.  There's friendly energy too and motivation to get started or continue as we move through 1st quarter Moon.  The Moon squares Pluto in Capricorn at 7:30 pm EDT. Fair, concrete actions and solutions require effort but are possible.  The debate may be more internal as you consider different feelings and opinions of your own.  Today's color is white.

Wednesday: Libra Moon, Venus trine Uranus

Relationships and quick changes or news surrounding love lives is in the forecast as Venus in heart centered Leo aligns with Uranus in brave Aries and with Libra Moon.  Some of these changes may be impulsive or sudden due to Uranus's nature particularly in fiery Aries.  It's also exciting and passionate on the positive side.  Hope for the best if you hear others' status changes or announcements.  There's a lucky aspect to Venus in Leo, though Venus is retrograde and long term effects won't be known for a while.   Consider Venus retro as you make promises or reunite. This could be a quick fling, a late summer romance, or perhaps it will unfold to be much more. Try to be in the moment rather than have grand expectations.  Sun and Moon are in harmony, which help get head and heart in sync. V.o.c. Moon begins at 10:59 pm EDT. Today's color is rose (pink red blend is ideal).

Thursday: Libra to Scorpio Moon

Void of course Moon lasts until 5:24 am, then Scorpio Moon takes over.  The Moon aligns with Jupiter newly in Virgo. Expand your way of thinking and of doing things. Alternatives around health, finances, and pet care are favored.  Jupiter in Virgo sets out to open new possibilities this year into 2016.  If you're ready, adopt a healthy habit or improve a method you were entrenched in.  Mars and Neptune also aspect the Scorpio Moon, with opposite effects.  Neptune lends imagination and a meditative side while Mars and the Moon engage in a potentially stubborn battle in fixed Leo/Scorpio.  Seek solitude if you're feeling heat from inside or elsewhere. Have a gentle night.  Today's color is maroon.

Friday: Moon square Venus, Sun square Saturn

With important things pending, much patience and wisdom is called for today. The two squares require effort and thoughtfulness as you navigate relationship "goings on" and other business transactions. Leo is quite involved with the Sun and Venus in the lion's sign. Scorpio is highlighted too as Saturn and Moon act there. Both are fixed signs and we'll need opinions and plans to be supported emotionally and logically. It all needs to come together or nothing will result.  It's not an easy day to convince, sway or change but it is possible with patience and care.  Today's color is black. 

Saturday: Scorpio to Sagittarius Moon

The Moon meets Saturn and relates to Friday's forecast.  Aim for long term solutions.  Mercury in Virgo favors sensible outcomes. The Sun squares Scorpio Moon and later Jupiter squares Sagittarius Moon. This is more to be negotiated and worked through.  The void Moon is 3:31 pm to 4:41 pm EDT. Check out a bit then, step back, and let the hour pass without action.  During Scorpio Moon, plant, feed the garden and natural environment and let it nourish you also. It's a favorable day for fishing and creating abundance.  Wear indigo blue today. 

Sunday: Sagittarius Moon, Sun in Virgo

Sun shifts to Virgo for the final phase of summer at 6:37 am EDT. Babies born before that are Leos. Sagittarius Moon squares Neptune and events are not quite reliable. Expect change and anticipate that not everyone will be pleased if things are canceled, delayed or there are no shows.  The Moon and Mars align for competition, games, and dynamic energy.  Today's color is red.

Monday: Leo Moon

The void of course Moon time is 4:46 to 1:55 pm EDT. Move easy into Monday. Home and family matters will preoccupy some while others will just have trouble waking up during Cancer Moon which tends to be sensitive and protective. Leo Moon is ready to roll this afternoon and night with happy Venus connection that assists with our own interactions including creative endeavors, love life, and networking for business or friendship. This Monday may have the attitude of a Thursday or Friday socially. Venus in Aries and the Leo Moon both ask that we come out of our shells, seek love and friendship, recognize beauty and find fun! Today's color is purple for Leo energy.

Tuesday: Leo Moon, Sun sextile Jupiter

The Sun is today's prominent player, in Taurus, contacting expansive Jupiter in Cancer. The caution is about going too far. It could be with spending, talking too much, or consuming. Positive effects include healing, forgiving, growing and constructing! Take care of health and do things that nurture your body or spirit. The Sun is also Leo's star, and we have a Leo Moon working with Mars retrograde so we might revisit action around a pending issue, maybe with a partner. Mars retrograde ends May 19th and some solutions that are a little out of reach now may come once Mars is in forward motion again. Lay the groundwork for a good, fair, reasonable agreement with your significant other, ex, or another party you must negotiate with now. The Moon and Sun are square to each other so this will require effort, equal expressing and listening and give and take with willingness to yield or see the other point of view. Breakthroughs in thinking and ability to accomplish something can be made on a day like this. Have some patience, but keep working on it! Today's color is red.

Wednesday: Mercury in Gemini

The Moon is void of course in Leo all day, from 6:50 am EDT until 2:24 am tomorrow. It's a good time to catch up on simple things, clean up, review, or take time for yourself. Mercury is moving to Gemini and when Mercury moves things can seem undecided, a bit unstable or uncertain feeling, so give it time to settle in before making any important move. Mercury changes signs and moves "home" to Gemini at 10:57 am EDT. In June Mercury will be retrograde in Cancer and Gemini. These May weeks are a good time to decide and finalize, sign and commit, especially when Mars is direct May 19th on. Laying groundwork might be a good plan if you're not quite sure how to direct your energy today. Sociable, explorative and not very focused are descriptors for today's atmosphere. Wear yellow.

Thursday: Virgo Moon

If you really need to put some time and effort into business or important personal work, these two days are your time. Some potentially challenging negotiating is in the forecast with Moon and Mercury newly in Gemini saying "let's do this" and really get at the crux of the problem or goal. Virgo, pay attention in career and your roles. Gemini, don't lose track of what needs to be done at home or taken care of with family or where you live. Cancer, communicate ideas now. Holding things in will not get you where you want to be. Aries, both Virgo and Gemini forecast may apply to you. Work, routine changes, and communicating well are the main ideas while Mercury is in Gemini and the Moon is in Virgo the rest of the work week. Today Neptune is across from the Moon. Be versatile and flexible, but don't be a pushover or believe everything you're told. Use your instincts and work ethic together. Today's color is brown.

Friday: Virgo Moon trine the Sun & Pluto

Today is meant to be very productive, optimistic and realistic. Set out to accomplish. Ask for the help or expertise you need. Organize and be methodical. The Moon is in harmony with Saturn in Scorpio for wisdom and mature understanding, Jupiter for family, growth, and health, the Sun for the ability to express and commit, and Pluto for facing fears or past issues courageously and productively. It's an all around good day to deal with whatever needs versatile thinking and clear communication or analysis. Today's color is navy blue.

Saturday: Libra Moon, Sun opposite Saturn

The Moon moves to Libra in the afternoon and the weekend is people oriented and nice for meeting old or new friends. We travel in pairs during Libra Moon. Bring a buddy along. The Sun is opposing Saturn retrograde in Scorpio. Sun opposite Saturn shows willingness to try and solve a problem or resolve an issue, but with the retrograde it's just not full steam and solutions may require more research, effort or time. Much of this relates to security and having structures in place with the Sun and Saturn in Taurus and Scorpio. Do deal with obligations in some way rather than look for escape. Mars is opposite Venus overnight tonight and relationship matters are a big deal and will lean to one extreme or the other! Much of this relates to unfinished business since Mars is retrograde. Expect to revisit topics or feelings, hear about separations and engagements both. Today's color is pink.

Sunday: Mars opposite Venus, Libra Moon


Happy Mother's Day! Tread carefully in family and other relationships that are uncertain. This day is full of activity including oppositions and squares and action in the cardinal sign hot spots, Aries, Libra, Capricorn and Cancer. This means repeating patterns, revisiting consistent issues, and trying to maintain balance and clear thinking. The Moon meets Mars bringing up old or unfinished work. With Venus opposite, this is most likely with love, marriage, and partnerships of all kinds. Mercury in Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces and little or bigger lies may be told. This could be to soften or protect feelings or it may be outright dishonesty. If you have a funny feeling it's not the truth, go with that instinct. Investigate.  It's a social day to a certain extent while there are also many preoccupations just below the surface. The Moon is void of course from 6:51 pm EDT all the way through Monday evennig past 9 pm. Today's color is light blue.

Monday: Solar Eclipse Taurus

The Taurus Moon arrives at 10:23 am after a 27 hour void of course Moon. Get feet back on the ground as hands and mind need to get right to the business of the day. Any void of course Moon forgetfulness, slacking or purposeless anxiety must go! Taurus Moon values stability and resourcefulness. Preparations for openings, presentations and any kind of beginning take priority along with hands on work like construction or outdoor work. Taurus is a sign of landscapers, builders, and farmers. In these hours before New Moon, do what you can to plant seeds for growth and prosperity of any kind. Solar clipses mark strong sometimes sudden beginnings, and this one in Taurus brings news of what's moving in for the long haul.  It's not easy to reverse changes initiated during Taurus Moon. Be intentional and promise only what you can stand by. It's a good day to enjoy the fruits of labors, move into the next phase of a project, or ground in simple tasks. Today's color is pink.

Tuesday: Solar Eclipse Taurus

The eclipse New Moon is at 2:14 am EDT near Mercury, supported by Pluto and Jupiter and approximately opposite Saturn. The opposition and involvement of Saturn retrograde is the stubborn aspect where blocks crop up in situations otherwise ripe for change and long term resolution. Even if there is still one thing holding up the works, consider the blessing of Jupiter in Cancer for healing and family matters as well as home related buildng and expansion and work with all the support that's available and offered in those areas especially. Also Pluto in Capricorn gives the word for letting go and leaving ghosts and shadows in the past.  Since Saturn is in Scorpio, matters involving sexuality, fertility, addiction, and emotions like jealousy or resentfulness may be the hardest to break through during this New Moon.  News is nearly always surprising with an eclipse. Some anticipated changes may suddenly have reason to go much more quickly. Think beyond the here and now since Taurus is all about follow through and loyalty and relying on your word.  Today's color is white. 

Wednesday: Taurus to Gemini Moon, Mercury sextile Jupiter

Mercury and Jupiter are ready to take action on ideas and things that have been discussed. Expansion plans, family relationships, and opening minds to change are Mercury and Jupiter's mission this week. Aries and Gemini may put this in a business context. The New Moon in Taurus is your impetus for a solid employment change, Aries. Gemini, yours may be more in the works and the learning and planning goes on now for a future shift regarding money and work. Leo, all this Taurus energy is fueling your career and opportunity may seem to come out of the blue though if you think about it, this is where everything has been leading. The eclipse puts a push on and Leo, you are the career star in your field. Cancer and Taurus, Mercury and Jupiter in your signs favor reliable collaborations, loyalty of friends, and good signs for communication, abundance and good news overall. A solar eclipse this week brings changes with Leos, Taurus, Scorpio, and boys and men in our lives, especially fathers who may be ready to move or announce other news of life changes. The Moon is void of course 11:53 am to 4:58 pm EDT. Check your calendar and prevent a missed meeting or appointment. The Gemini Moon tonight is social & scatters our focus as we're pulled in more than one direction. Today's color is yellow. 

Thursday: Gemini Moon

Today will be wildly creative for some and incredibly scattered in a way that makes others nervous. Gemini Moon squares Neptune and artistic differences might come up even within your own  mind! Seeing things two ways, the mind playing tricks, or trying to reconcile dualities is in the forecast with that energy in mutable signs that can't always settle on or be married to one way of seeing or doing.  The Moon also aligns with Uranus, rebellious and inventive, and with Mars in Libra somewhat held up and representing places we can't move forward especially in partnerships or legal situations.  It might be useful to find two things to concentrate on so if one is confusing or at a stalemate you can put your attention to the other. Being bored or stagnant is a huge challenge on a day like this. Find something you can solve, think out and talk about. Feel productive even if it's in small steps.  Collaboration over isolation, Gemini Moon is outgoing and intellectual too. Tonight the void of course Moon time starts at 7:32 pm EDT and lasts all the way through tomorrow. Today's color is blue.

Friday: Venus in Aries, Mercury opposes Neptune, Void of Course Moon

The Moon is void of course all day. If you can take the day off or at least do only routine work and skip any important decisions or expenses, do it. Mercury opposite Saturn is not easy for business or agreeing to anything important. Put off signing documents if possible. Repercussions from the eclipse may become evident today as Mercury and Saturn continue to work on Taurus/Scorpio. Saturn retrograde until July 20th will continue to hold up the process in some situations, so continue to show interest and effort while also having patience. For Leo, this may relate to home & any family situation. For Sagittarius or Gemini, this more likely relates to your health or changing routine for the better and the long term. Scorpio and Taurus, personal decisions and relationships are impacted. Libra, continue to be mindful with finances, legal matters and anything related to joint partner or ownership. Venus moves to Aries at 9:21 pm. Initiating new relationships is part of her mission, and feeling restless or fickle about new relationships may be natural as a case of spring fever sets in. New and shiny is appealing now. Today's color is red.

Saturday: Cancer Moon, Sun trine Pluto

Earth and water sign energies blend this weekend. Saturday's Sun/Pluto connection in Taurus and Capricorn reminds us to be practical and realistic in our expectations and endeavors. Speak up for what you need and people may step up to help. It's a good day to make a strong impression, public appearance or statement.  Progressive change is in the forecast post eclipses. A down to earth approach is the way to go this weekend. Cancer Moon all weekend long brings attention to what we care for most, both people and things like property, pets, gardens and anything related to ancestry or legacy. It's a good weekend for a house party and staying close to home or with family. Today's color is light blue.

Sunday: Cancer Moon conjunct Jupiter

Monday: Capricorn Moon, Uranus square Pluto

Uranus square Pluto and if there's a cycle you're just plain tired and done with, this is probably one of the trigger points. It's been active for days and peaks today, waning as April ends. This is about a larger cycle, not just one day or week. For about 11 more months, we experience this upheaval of a square. This is why your circumstances keep changing and once you think you've made the appropriate move or decision, there's something else to face. The next time it rears it's influence is during the holidays, December particularly, and then in March next year. My advice is try to find the message as in what do you need to face within yourself and what are you attempting to control that you can't change. And also to find the humor or bring some laughter and lightness in because that is in fact always available even if only through the irony or through a related memory. Find something to smile about. Capricorn Moon is playing well with Venus and Saturn. Don't let power struggles and control issues get the best of you. This can be a very productive, confident day. Be cautious with things like contracts or orders than need to be carried out. Make sure you understand the directions. Tuesday: Aquarius Moon, Mars square Jupiter

Mars square Jupiter is part of the picture painted in last night's forecast and is also in the opposite signs of the Uranus/Pluto square at work this week. Take a deep breath. Mars is retrograde until May 19th. Justice may not be easy to find and action not as effectively taken before then. Still, there are things to be dealt with. Do as much as you can without expecting full results quite yet. Fairness and equality are key issues. Cancer, home or family need to be a priority though career related things are keeping you busy and also ever changing this season. Wednesday: Mercury in Taurus, Mars opposes Uranus and squares Pluto

Mars is opposite Uranus, continuing the influence of the cross in the cardinal signs. The Moon and Saturn also square off. These squares are challenges at best. Manage stress, anxiety, and reactivity in order not to add to whatever is throwing things off course. Some people will not be able to do that effectively and it's likely to be the biggest problem of all. From drama to outrage to grieving, anything is to be expected.
