Monday: Aquarius Moon

Find your supporting players today and gather around a common vision. The Aquarius Moon favors teamwork and collaborating, envisioning what’s ahead and acting on shared goals. Mars and Venus align with the Moon from intelligent and fair Libra and versatile Gemini. Benefit from putting great minds together. Explore alternative approaches and find solutions and answers with an open mind. It could be time to let go of an old paradigm or idea in favor of something you hadn’t even thought of previously! Tuesday: Pisces Moon

The Moon is in Pisces in harmony with Mercury in Cancer. Creative, inspired, sensitive, and even solitary are good words to live by today. If you’ve needed personal time or quiet time, see if you can carve that out for yourself.  After the Full Moon, it’s time to restore.  The Moon, Neptune and Pluto all indicate that relaxation and release will recharge your energy and spirit. Take some time off if you can and if not, close the door behind you and get things done without interruptions. Today’s color is green.

Wednesday: Jupiter in Leo

The Moon sails through Pisces. though today is more about being structured and attending to any kind of business or task. Saturn, the Sun and Venus interact with the Moon. Venus forms a square and flexibility with partners may be the best plan. Try not to pressure. Venus in Gemini is flirtatious though, and some relationships may experience trust issues. Try to anticipate how your partner will feel and head off a problem you don’t need.  Water sign energies contribute to sensitivity, mood shifts, and artistic inclinations.  Paint, play, make music, do some yoga or meditation while also getting the job done, whatever it may be. Jupiter makes the big jump to Leo, a highly creative and extroverted place for the planet of prosperity, philosophy and personal growth. Expansion in big, noticeable ways comes for the next year, especially for Leo, and for Aquarius love and commitment, Aries love and creative possibilities, Cancer and Scorpio with employment and career. Thursday: Aries Moon

Jupiter’s first real move in Leo is a trine to this Aries Moon at 12:07 am EDT. The trine sets us up for surprise news and action around expansion, new business, and doing things up big and bold!  This may come into play with anything for Leo, social or adventurous plans for Aries, and love life and friendships for Aquarius.  Cancer, this can lead to career news that happens very quickly or unexpectedly.  The Aries Moon squares Pluto in Capricorn and Mercury in Gemini, leading to negotiations and unfinished business.A heartfelt approach is called for even in serious interactions. Today’s color is gold.

Friday: Venus in Cancer

Venus changes signs, moving to the sign of house and home at 10:06 am. Reason to nest, improve your living space, or to visit family comes in the next few weeks.  Venus in Cancer is more nurturing for the soul and less outgoing than Venus was in Gemini. If you strayed in a relationship or were thinking about it, the urge is to pull back to long term commitment.  If you were overly busy for a few weeks, the vibe is more about being at home and finding ways to enjoy it. Decorate, buy a few new things, refresh the environment, give attention to the garden and cook meals!  Aries Moon is wild one today, in contrast to Venus in Cancer, the Moon meets Uranus, opposes Mars in Libra and squares the Sun. This cardinal sign madness is about to dissipate and this may truly be one last blast or that may come next week around the 24th. Unproductive, overly aggressive or triggering things unnecessarily can only go on so long.  Avoid the “haters”. Don’t bother with someone who does the same thing again and again that provokes you, makes you sad, or is totally unjust.  Go your own way. Stick with trusted friends. Saturday: Taurus Moon, Sun square Mars

The Moon moves to Taurus at 4:43 am. Taurus Moon will align with Venus and Mercury in Cancer and that’s a plus for conversing, deciding, and communication generally. It’s a warm day for friendships, love, and family relationships too.  The Sun square to Mars will spark discussion of what’s fair though. Seek more balance and do your fair share at home and with family. Get grounded in home, garden and building projects under this Taurus Moon, a sign of stability. Today’s color is blue.

Sunday: Saturn Direct in Scorpio

Saturn is direct, finally, following a retrograde in Scorpio since March 2nd. Pressure may be alleviated soon in difficult and frustrating matters and mental and physical health issues. Put effort into things you have just about given up on, not just today but in the weeks ahead.

Take pleasure in simple things today. Use all your senses. It’s a good day to entertain. Wear brown today.

Weekly Astrology July 1st to 8th, 2013

Monday: Sun opposes Pluto, Venus square Saturn

 Venus newly in Leo squares Saturn in Scorpio on the same day the Sun opposes Pluto. The contrast between light and dark is strong today. There's Sun and Leo energy battling it out with Pluto, Scorpio's ruler, and the depressive or suppressive pull of Saturn. It can impact us in many ways one being that things are harder to take care of and at least appear more complex at the moment. Saturn will be direct on the 8th, helping things open up more. For today you might have to accept a stalemate or walk away from a stubborn problem. Relationship is one area of contention since it's Venus involved. The Sun and Pluto opposite with Mercury retrograde nearby will be evident in past issues that come up again. Some may act overly ambitious or take actions that require more time and better judgement. Go slow right now and try not to push emotional buttons or force issues. The Moon is also void of course adding to the lack of best judgement. At 5:43 pm the Moon moves to Taurus and it may be easier to be practical and grounded. The Moon and Jupiter align and it's a good night to work in the garden, be outside, cook a big dinner and find optimism and ways to work things out for now. Today's color is gold.

 Tuesday: Moon opposes Saturn

 The Saturn influence is at work again, today in an opposition. Saturn is retrograde in Scorpio and issues around the elderly, legacies and wills, and business deals come up yet are likely to be on hold or delayed. News about such things may only be frustrating today, but the 8th is the date to watch for when Saturn's business begins to move forward again. The Moon opposite Saturn manifests in Taurus long term relationships, Leo home and family life or career plans, Libra and Aries financial matters and Capricorn's ability to relax and have fun. Agreeing to reconvene on such things in a week or so may be a better idea than pushing for decisions and answers today. The Taurus Moon engages with other planets too and works well with the Cancer Sun so by tonight relaxation may be easier to come by. Avoid a power struggle today. People are likely to be stubborn. Today's color is green.

 Wednesday: Mercury retrograde sextile the Moon

 The Moon in harmony with Mercury retrograde in Cancer makes this a big day of reconnections and reunions. Aries and Taurus experience this with family and it's a day where some will forgive and forget past differences. Capricorn may experience this in long term relationships. Cancer is very likely to get back in touch with or spend time with old friends. For everyone there's a sentimental feeling in the air. Go back to places you love and be with people you've known for a long time. It's also a good day for working outside and beautifying home and garden. Wear blue today.

 Thursday: Gemini Moon, Sun square Uranus

 The Moon is in Gemini, sign of short trips, brothers, sisters and cousins. Today is set up to be busy, full of movement, travel and communication. The mind will be busy too. Outlets are needed for mental energy and that can include good conversations, stories, humor, or time spent writing or in other forms of self expression. Create a photo journal or blog today if you're not celebrating the holiday with others (USA July 4th). The Sun in Cancer and Uranus in Aries do create some tension around unexpected changes and news, likely between family members or about home due to the Cancer placement. Unpredictable behavior and unusual changes are two ways we could see this square manifest. People will resist authority. The main idea with this square is do not take unnecessary risks with explosives or fire (Uranus in Aries) or with hurting feelings (Cancer). Play on the safe side today in every way. Keep it all in fun under the entertainment loving Gemini Moon. At night, the Moon and Venus combine for festivities and romance and it's a good date night if you're out being social. Today's color is white.

 Friday: Gemini Moon

 The Gemini Moon in harmony with Uranus is full of ideas and plans. Spontaneous road trips and visits are favored. Work is energized too, particularly your own personal projects and priorities. Dive into something you're excited about today. Get others together for brainstorming sessions and weed out the best ideas another time. Make lists of priorities. Otherwise just focus on fun! Letting cares go and just enjoying works well with this Gemini Moon. It's another productive day for writers and creative minds. The original and unusual will attract our attention. Today's color is yellow.

Saturday: Cancer Moon conjunct Jupiter and Mars

 The Moon meets Mars first, in Gemini at 8:30 am ET and then begins hours void of course. Choose words very carefully this morning especially with Mercury retrograde. Avoid old issues, bringing up the past, and too much criticism. The mind is likely to be busy and possibly preoccupied. There's an edge to the day so tred lightly and take care of simple things. It's a social day, good for get togethers as long as the mood can be kept light. The Moon moves to Cancer at 6:14 pm and meets Jupiter in the sign of home, family and our feelings. Jupiter is a booster shot of a planet and we can be more resilient, creative, and optimistic even if faced with challenges. Open up to another way of thinking tonight. Expand your ideas and possibilities. With Jupiter in Cancer we examine the way we live and make improvements upon where we live. Home is very important this year. Improve a relationship with someone you live with tonight, especially Aries and Cancer. Capricorn, Cancer, and Aries, you may decide to move in with a lover/partner soon or be entering that now. With Mercury retrograde, give each other time to adjust and save long term lease agreements for after July 20th if possible. Gemini, you could find this month more profitable than usual.  Sunday: Cancer Moon

 This is the eve of the New Moon and there are plenty of planetary aspects keeping us hopping. Reconsidering things and getting ready for changes is highly likely, yet with Mercury and Saturn retrograde, things will shift again. Make temporary plans, see how you feel tomorrow and again after July 20th when Mercury retrograde is done. Saturn will station direct tomorrow and that should free up some energy and remove a roadblock in some situations. Move carefully though and with good advice. It's a good day to reminisce, review, prepare, repair, and focus on home. Make decisions that are temporary or begin something on a trial basis soon, with room to change your mind. Be nurturing and go easy during this very "feeling" Cancer time of year. Creative process is favored. The one impulsive spot in the zodiac relates to love and relationship as Venus in Leo and Uranus in Aries combine for spontaneous love affairs, relationship status changes and news about who's with who now. It's a fun trine yet it stirs the rumor mill. Love, adventure and surprise are in the forecast for Leo, Aquarius, Libra & Aries who make dates or have relationship news to share today. Weekly Astrology April 29th to May 5th, 2013

Monday: Capricorn Moon

The Capricorn Moon in harmony with Mars, Saturn and Neptune lets us know it's time to get a move on things that were put off.  Daydreaming productively is allowed since that vision can be something to act on.  Mars gives an immediacy and the urge to take steps and be goal oriented. Neptune provides the creativity and Saturn lends the structure. Take something important on today and see how constructive you can be!  Tonight is very good for studies and making serious, intentional plans of any kind and working toward them.  Mars opposes Saturn as we move into Tuesday, and it's good to be a bit extra careful in any questionable situation, place or with anyone too extreme.  Watch out for each other and use strong discretion. Wear green.

Tuesday: Capricorn Moon

The very early hours may be unsettled emotionally or newsworthy as the Moon meets Pluto and squares Uranus. It might be that there's too much going on or something disturbing or distracting comes up. Since it's the overnight in some time zones, you might wake up to news or a problem to be resolved early in the day. Pluto could also influence your subconscious in dreams.  Hopefully anything is shaken off easily as the Moon and Venus align in the earth signs. Make something more beautiful, work in the garden, build and do other hands on projects or construction. This is also constructive for problem solving in relationships. Build on solid foundations and make things even better!  It's a nice date night yet it's also a good time to get work done. You choose! It's Mercury's last night in Aries so go forward with a plan you started on recently. Wear gray.

Wednesday: Aquarius Moon, Mercury in Taurus, Sun trine Pluto

The Moon is in Aquarius as of 10:20 am EST and the Sun is in harmony with Pluto today. This all looks quite optimistic and innovative. Even the Capricorn Moon earlier is good for productivity and organizing. We are however in the shadow of a Mars/Saturn opposition that can be quite difficult.  Stay out of any place that feels dangerous or volatile, just in case.  People act out their frustrations at times like this.  Stuck situations become more emotionally charged.  There's both resistance and persistence at work. It can be better to step away from something where there seems to be no answer or action, at least for a couple of days.  Hopefully, the Aquarius Moon takes over with friendly, social, forward thinking to temper that struggle of an opposition.  Mars/Saturn happens in Taurus/Scorpio, the same signs most directly impacted by last week's eclipse.  Mercury moves to Taurus where we put ideas into action and bring them to real, tangible form. Start building something or working on it so you can show and see the results.  Have vision and act on goals today.  Wear turquoise.

Thursday: 4th Quarter Moon in Aquarius

The 4th quarter Moon in Aquarius is good for sticking to an action plan. With the Moon waning it's natural to consider something or someone that needs to be cut from the plan or let go of, but the Aquarius Moon is inventive and can fill a gap and helps with thinking and problem solving.  The Moon squares the Sun and Mars in Taurus urging constructive methods again today.  There's no stalling or waiting recommended> be with the program or you could get left behind. Aquarius is collaborative and forward thinking. Let go of resistance to progress if you can.  The Moon and Jupiter align for a social night and also a good night for learning. Today's color is silver.

Friday: Aquarius Moon

The Moon is in Aquarius. There's an original and inventive element to work done today. Collaborate with someone you'd never have expected to be a compatible thinker and you could be surprised!  Aquarius has a rebellious streak and we may know we can do a better, more original version than anyone else. Go with that feeling and create a new method or product.  Mercury and Jupiter are helping in that department too. We're enlightened with ideas and open to alternatives as they work in Aries and Gemini. Today's color is blue.

Saturday: Pisces Moon

The meditative nature of Pisces Moon makes this a good day to settle the mind, relax, and take it easy on yourself and others. It's a great day for yoga or working in the garden or a walk on the beach. Find your zen place.  Time with friends is good to balance the sometimes solitary feel of Pisces Moon time. Take some time for privacy, creative process or plain old quiet, but it's best not to isolate yourself during emotional Pisces Moon times. Balance the inner world and get together with close, trusted friends too.  Today's color is green.

Sunday: Mercury opposite Saturn

Topics of controversy or disagreement peak today with Mercury opposite Saturn in Taurus and Scorpio, willful fixed signs. Issues of control, deep secrets or ingrained attitudes contribute to any oppositions we experience or situations that need mediation. An impartial third party could be a good buffer.  Mars and Pluto align in Taurus and Capricorn for practical actions that need to be taken.  The Moon moves from Pisces and a void of course time from 12:00 to 9:03 pm EST to Aries for the rest of the evening.  Venus and the Moon contribute to good feelings between friends and lovers.  Today's color is yellow.
