Monday

The Gemini Moon combines with Uranus in Aries for a busy potentially wild start to the week.  The new and old are in a tug 'o war for our attention! In fact our attention may need to go in several different directions. It's a difficult day for decisions. If you can wait it out, Mercury retrograde ends on Friday.  The Sun is opposing Neptune in Leo/Aquarius which can be festive and fun! Joining groups or events may appeal to us. Our romantic sensibilities are at work which also means we might be idealistic.   Gemini, Leo and Aries will feel social and expressive! We won't tend to hold back much today. Tuesday

The Moon remains in intelligent, busy Gemini and the Sun moves to Virgo at 7:21 am. The Moon and Mercury retrograde in harmony create reconnections with former friends, colleagues, and other business from the past.  The Sun now in Virgo encourages us to get back to practical matters and take a sensible attitude. Virgo is also a mutable sign and so is Gemini so today may seem very changeable and during this 4th quarter Moon we have a tendency to be changing our minds or our attitudes toward things.  Tonight is social and a good night to meet people and converse. Wednesday

There's a mix of influences at work today as the Moon moves to Cancer, sign of family and home and works well with the Sun and loving Venus in Virgo then later opposes Pluto and squares Uranus in Aries. With Cancer Moon we're sensitive to environments and the mood shifts of other people.  We could feel at the mercy or whim of feelings, even if they're not even our own.  There's a domestic streak to the day and a want to get things done, especially chores and repairs that have to do with home or with family members.  The nurturing and caring side of Cancer Moon is more likely earlier in the day while in the evening the opposition and square become exact and may put us more on edge.  Even in confrontational situations we may just want to avoid the problem or person and turn our attention elsewhere. That may not be the worst plan since Mercury is still retrograde and people may lash out or say things they don't really mean under stress.  It's a good night to keep things simple and stay out of drama.  Progress with routine things is favored.  Cook, clean, organize and err on the conservative side.  Wear light blue.

The Cancer Moon is void of course from 9:04 am EST until after midnight.   Today has a strong Mars influence as the warrior planet and the Moon, both in Cancer, square Saturn.  Be guided by justice and fairness or pay the consequence.  Saturn in Libra is not likely to be forgiving of injustice nor is Mars in Cancer, though we may retreat instead of call someone out on their behavior.  Mars and the Moon also meet which can make us edgy and aggressive or passive aggressive. Slights or oversights and criticism may be taken hard, particularly among family members.  Domestic chores and repairs call for attention. Home and real estate matters should be dealt with carefully and fairly.  Tonight Venus and Pluto stir up relationships particularly for Pisces and the earth signs.  It could be a nice date night for those signs especially. The Moon moves into Leo shortly after midnight setting us up for an outgoing and creative day.  Leo days are great for vacation, games. performances and recreation but are also suited to learning.  Leo is the sign of children, and they may keep us extra busy and want attention as the Moon works with Uranus in, also childlike, Aries.  Today is meant for plans and fun or just a whirlwind of activity of any kind.  Try to avoid confusion or being pushed to decide important things on this last day of Mercury retrograde, also in Leo. The retrograde is over at 6:03 pm and these hours can be the most prone to reversals, mistakes, and misunderstandings.  It's a good day to rehearse, perform or attend a performance and Scorpio is set to be in the spotlight, as is Leo.  Cancer and Capricorn be very cautious where money and legalities are concerned.  Wear purple.

Saturday

The Leo Moon and Mercury will meet just one day after Mercury has stationed direct.  The beginning of resolution and a change in direction is in the forecast. Leo rules entertainment, stage and screen, among other things, so news about stars, films, tours, and all that glitters is in the forecast. It's a better day for shopping and we may feel like buying luxuries, clothing and jewelry. The Moon aligns with Saturn also helping us deal reasonably with serious matters of any kind including relationships and legalities.  Today's color is yellow.

Monday

The Pisces Moon in harmony with Jupiter in Taurus and Mars in Cancer has an optimistic, generous effect on us.  Pisces is a compassionate sign, and we'll be likely to tune in to each other. It's a good day to ask for or grant favors or forgiveness. With Mercury retrograde it's natural to want reconciliation. Jupiter in Taurus may make us want to extend ourselves, particularly with money. Be cautious with major spending while Mercury retrograde continues through the 26th.  There could be a tendency to be overly sensitive or touchy today with Mars active in Cancer. The long void of course Moon continues making it an excellent week to be on vacation.  The Moon is void in Pisces, but it's a very Leo day as the Sun, Moon and Mercury retrograde have consecutive meetings in the sign of creativity, children, and fun.  Kids should come first today, and that could mean acting like one! Get out and play, create art or music, and express your self.  Freedom to do what we want and not be on a strict schedule or have too much serious business is ideal.  Today is for performers, entertainment, sports and games. Today is full of Aries fire as the Moon and catalyst Uranus meet instigating action.  This could come in the form of news, discussions, confrontations or surprises.  The Moon squares Pluto and Mars and opposes Saturn and all of this can be challenging and seem fast. Choose your battles wisely and confront with caution. Mercury is still retrograde and being impulsive or making long term promises is not recommended now. Exploring possibilities is not a bad idea though. Today is about process for eventual progress. Be willing to give things time. Tonight expect obligations to seep in. There's a need to deal fairly and follow through as promised if that's relevant.  Harnessing some energy for work of any kind is a good plan for tonight.  Getting advice about problems from experienced sources is also favored. We may be facing difficulties today but a slow, steady, productive approach will be most helpful if that's the case.  Libra and Aries will feel a familiar cycle at work.  Capricorn, Aries and Cancer will want progress and may need to exercise patience.  Wear orange.

The Moon is in active Aries for another day. It's a sign that loves newness, yet the Moon in harmony with Mercury retrograde in Leo brings back the past too. The best of new and old may combine well today.  Leo, Aries and Libra are most likely to be having good times with old and new friends and may feel lucky one way or another today.  Sagittarius also enjoys the social and fun aspect of this Aries Moon. The Taurus Moon values security and simple pleasures as well as more extravagant comforts.  In harmony with Neptune and Pluto, this Taurus Moon can inspire both creativity and practicality. It's a nice combination and takes away some of the potential Taurus extremes.  Pisces may feel communicative and have a way with words. Taurus will recognize the value of friends. Taurus Moon time continues with lovely aspects as the Moon meets optimistic, lucky Jupiter boosting moods and even offering opportunities, gifts, and adventures! The Moon is also working with Mars in Cancer for constructive approaches including actual building as well as problem solving and dealing with family matters.  Strong personal connections are in the forecast this weekend and reunions or reconciliations (or attempts at reconciling) are likely. This is Venus's last day in Leo making it festive, and a nice day for a celebration!  Today's color is green.

The zodiac is full of change today as the Moon moves to Gemini at 8:53 pm and Venus shifts to Virgo at 6:11 pm. Monday

The Moon is in Sagittarius, sign of adventure and worldly experiences.  Mercury back tracks into compatible fire sign Leo at 5:48 am EST.  The combination is good for breaking out of a rut or a pattern and getting past road blocks.  The Moon and Sun are in harmony in those two signs and Saturn helps out from Libra as well.  Today is positive and optimistic even through retrograde confusion or strains.  Mercury opposes Neptune and we do have to be careful not to trust too easily or take everything at face value. Ask lots of questions to clarify things!  Tonight the Moon and Sun instigate social events of all kinds and road trips or other, out of the usual Monday night routine, excursions.  Mars squares Uranus after midnight so be on alert and cautious. The Moon continues to cruise carefree Sagittarius and contacts Mercury retrograde in Leo at 3:30 pm EST. If you're free and easy and can have some fun, going back to familiar, well loved spots is a great plan! Sagittarius loves a road trip or any travel and Mercury retrograde reconnects us with the past. While in Leo, Mercury retrograde looks for festivity in the form of reunions and reconnection with friends, family, or old haunts.  It may be a tough business day though, and Mars in Cancer square to Uranus in Aries can be less than pleasant and includes family situations as well as other difficult dealings.  Unexpected news may not be handled well by all involved.  Aries, Cancer and Capricorn may be dealing with this and Libra may have relationship problems come up.  After a very short void of course, the Moon moves to Capricorn at 4:38 pm and Uranus, planet of rebellion and destruction is active with the Moon late night.  Stay out of troublesome situations since tonight has a rough edge and is full of the unanticipated.  A business like attitude or some work ethic may be called for.  Wear green.

The Capricorn Moon is alot about business today. A meeting with Pluto brings us back to reality and the Moon opposite Mars in Cancer instigates negotiations especially related to home, family, and relationships. Mars in Cancer doesn't appreciate confrontation, but there may be a need for "the state of things" to be evaluated. Check in on or bring up issues without forcing them. It's a day or reminders, and you may leave yourself one or two since we can be forgetful with Mercury retrograde and it's not looking like a very forgiving day. Do attend to obligations and responsibilities.  Aries and Libra should remember this all day long.  Taurus and Virgo may get some of the benefits of an ambitious Capricorn Moon and should line up good plans and act on possibilities.  Mars approaches an opposition to Pluto in the evening and we really should play it safe and non confrontational.   Tonight things could heat up and get emotional. Be very careful with judgment calls and err on the cautious side.  The Mars / Pluto opposition may cause frustration, anxiety, emotional overload in general and make us feel vulnerable or exposed.  We have to be aware of situations that could escalate and avoid them.  Today is a good day to lay low, stick with trusted friends and situations, and do routine work.  The Moon moves to Aquarius at 11:47 pm.  Tonight clean, go back to unfinished projects, spend time outside, and keep life simple and clear.  Doing some planning is great if you can revise a bit later in the month.  Today's color is gray.

The Aquarius Moon may be a relief if the Capricorn, Cancer, Aries action has been rough the past couple of days.  The Moon and Uranus instigate surprises and initiate activity, more than likely in an unplanned way.  Aquarius is a sign of vision and re-creation so we may be looking ahead, but with Mercury retrograde just take it slow and be flexible.  The Moon squares Jupiter in Taurus and blending intellect with a talent for making and doing could yield very good things! The Moon is void of course in Leo from 2:20 am EST until 4:41 am. Those hours could find us very vulnerable to errors, so play it very safe in every way. Mercury retrograde in Virgo /Leo begins tomorrow night and we are well into the zone of miscommunication, rethinking, rescheduling and other retrograde influences.  The Moon meets Mercury this morning in Virgo and the Sun is square to Jupiter.  Use the fixed sign stubbornness to your advantage by not changing your mind or giving in too easily if pressured or if a situation doesn't feel quite right.  The Virgo Moon can help with writing, going back over figures or budgets, and hands on work too. There's a good blend of physical and practical energy for work that needs to be done.  Relationship changes and surprises continue with the fuel of Saturday's New Moon in heart centered Leo and Venus trine to Uranus this past overnight.  New love can be really exciting now yet if it's brand new over for example this past weekend, allow yourself to move slowly. We are very prone to error, miscommunication or misunderstanding, technical issues, poor judgment calls and all kinds of mix ups today! Lay low and do simple routine things.  Avoid promises or things written in stone, so to speak.  Allow flexibility. Don't pressure or be pressured.  It's a good vacation day and nice for cooking, cleaning,  and organizing as long as you'll remember the system you create! Mars changes signs, continuing a stream of planetary shifts in the past week. Mars in Cancer is full of contrasts and we may have trouble dealing with emotional situations in the weeks ahead.  Mars, the fire planet, is not very comfortable in watery, sensitive Cancer. Passive aggression typifies the Mars in Cancer situation.  However it can be about channeling our fire into creative outlets. If things are out of balance we might have to deal with that or feel the stress of what we've done to add to or create unjust or imbalanced situations.  It's a strong slap on the wrist at least.  If there's none of that in your world you may just feel the pressure of obligations.  Yet the Sun and Moon in harmony help us feel good and resilient in tough situations. The Moon starts with a couple of squares to Neptune and Mercury today so there may be some debate and a chance of not seeing eye to eye. Yet an early morning sextile of Moon to Venus may over ride that feeling with a sense of calm and relationships in harmony.  If your vision or ideal are challenged by someone with a different agenda it may be worth ignoring for now.  The Taurus Moon will be void of course from 9:12 am to 12:34 pm EST, making the morning less desirable for decisions and a good time to avoid a stubborn argument. There may be opinionated statements made this morning.  The Moon moves into Gemini at 12:34 and working with the Leo Sun, optimism should prevail.  It's another good day for connections between people, social or professional.  Communication and the ability to make plans and decisions improves in the afternoon.  Tonight is fun and social and could contain surprise turns of events.  Be willing to change your mind.  We'll crave some excitement and fun as the Moon and Uranus align.  Wear yellow.

Watch out for lies, deceptiveness and anything that seems too good to be true.  The positive side is we may work very well with creative partners today and there's lots of flexible energy. The New Moon in Leo arrives at 2:40 am. Repercussions from last months' eclipse are in the air again! Change is a constant! Leo is an optimistic, active sign though, and the Moon meets loving Venus and the Sun for self expression. Start a new chapter in relationships today or get back to an abandoned project.  Mercury is about to retrograde so save new business for a few weeks from now. Leo Moon time is generous and we often like to spend and dote on others either with attention or gifts. The only caution is Mercury about to be retrograde and major or technical purchases should be approached with caution and the ability to change your mind. Make sure it has a warranty or can be returned if necessary! It's a great day for fun, games and parties.  New experiences and changes of path are very appealing as of yesterday's New Moon. Monday

The Moon moves to Pisces at 1:13 am EST. Pisces Moon is vulnerable and intuitive and brings out our chameleon like traits. It may be easy to adjust to change and circumstances today as the Moon harmonizes with Pluto and Jupiter and meets Neptune. This effect can be good after last week's Full Moon shifts and news, but be careful not to get lost in someone else's agenda or problems. Trying to keep a strong sense of self can be challenging with a Pisces Moon. It's a very creative, imaginative, and day dreamy day. Pisces, use that to work on  your art, music, or dream up a new way of doing things. Libra, use that to refresh your routine or work habits. Try something different.  Virgo and Taurus you'll like the effect this has on your relationships, friendships and romance.  Leo and Aquarius, be realistic about money today because you may feel like you have more than is really available.  Seek opportunities to make more money or invest well.  In business and work today, our personal connections will mean a lot. The Pisces Moon is in harmony with Venus in Cancer and square to Mars in Gemini. This is a challenge mainly for making relationships work.  Water signs, Scorpio, Cancer, and Pisces have the easiest, most favorable aspects while Gemini and Sagittarius for example may feel confusion or struggle to make things work.  Words may get in the way today. Avoid arguments and steer clear of discussions that will create controversy, Aries and Gemini especially.  A go with the flow attitude, without pushing or provoking, is a good idea.  We're sensitive under a Pisces Moon and can be easily influenced, hurt, or even flattered!  Hold your ground in situations where you could be taken advantage of and otherwise enjoy the fact that hardly anyone wants to work too hard or make a decision today and tonight.  Wear green.

The Moon and Sun align in Pisces and Cancer this morning favoring many things from romance and deep connections to decisions that allow some flexibility.  Trying things out, keeping a water sign type flow and give and take is in the forecast.  We'll be less likely to resist change and more open to emotional situations and connections.  It's a romantic influence for Pisces and long term relationships are favored for Virgo.  Taurus and Capricorn really enjoy this influence in friendships and other relationships.  It's a  nice day to be on vacation or have a light schedule with the Moon void of course from 7:15 am through the morning. We shouldn't push too hard for anything. The best things will happen on their own. Sometimes it can be easy to be taken advantage of under Pisces Moon, so think before saying yes.  The Moon moves to Aries at 12:25 pm, and the atmosphere changes! We may be forced to react as the Moon and Uranus meet, firing us up, bringing on new news, giving us a sense of rebellion and maybe anger in some circumstances.  Power plays and who's in charge may create some challenge or disagreeable feelings tonight.  It's a good plan not to overreact or be too impulsive, especially for Aries and Scorpio whose fuses may be short.  Sagittarius, your love life could get interesting. The Moon is in Aries, opposing Saturn in Libra. The theme and question is "me or we"? Whether to move forward in partnership and agreement or go our own way is a recurring theme with Saturn in Libra particularly.  How much we can compromise and how serious we take our relationships and partnerships is up for discussion.  Aries is the "me" sign and the beginnings of things and Libra is the couples' and partners' sign with Saturn as the voice of experience and realities.  The need to take your significant others' wishes and statements seriously today is very strong! If you brush things aside like they don't matter that could be a final straw.  Legal matters are in the forefront too. Deal with important business today and make sure you understand what you're agreeing to.  Pisces and Virgo, for you this may be more about business.  Taurus and Scorpio may need some down time or a chance to catch up.
