Sunday, August 6th ~ For a few days we've been in the Mercury retrograde shadow period, before the actual retrograde begins August 23rd. During the shadow phases, slow down and do everything with added awareness and focus. Some things we begin now will require revision, experience slow processes or delays, and what you think or feel now may shift over the next 6 weeks so it's best not to push too hard for something you may not ultimately want. 

Sunday the Moon in Aries align with Venus retrograde in Leo. Return to a beautiful place, see that same play, performance or musical again. Get together with friends and acquaintances. Motivate for what stirs your heart and take action on it. Sun square to Jupiter points out things to get past so important changes, announcements and personal growth has a clear path and readiness. Moon square Pluto can surface unresolved feelings and debates within yourself. Act & Reflect, both. Try to keep your lunar and solar sides and traits balanced. Monday ~ Aries Moon void 12:13 am to 2:25 am ET. Taurus Moon aligns with Saturn in Pisces to put some structure and constructivity around emotional matters. We'll witness what's non negotiable and strong drive from some people in our lives or in ourselves. Use Taurus persistence for what truly matters. Stay sensitive to other people's feelings so you're not steamrolling others' wishes. Find a balance between feelings and goals and take steady approaches (rather than impulsive or quick ones). Tuesday ~ Happens to be my own birthday :) Taurus Moon aligns with Mercury, meets Jupiter & Uranus, squares the Sun & Venus retrograde in Leo, is in harmony with Mars in Virgo. This looks like an interesting day of opportunities including career or other public/notable events for Scorpio and Leo. Expansive opportunities are a big theme. People who perform and create may be finding peak energy for their arts and talents. It's a time of 'getting back to things' and reconnecting with people and relationships. On the 13th, the Sun and Venus meet for the high point of this Venus retrograde and Leo cycle. Notice who's in touch and reaching out and if you're drawn to this person organization, make the date to meet. The energy of today is strong willed, persistent and loyal. Wear Pink.

Wednesday ~ Taurus Moon connecting with outer planets, Neptune and Pluto. This feels dreamy, reflective and creative though it could also feel solitary or lost in thoughts and emotions. Venus square to Uranus is a relationship wake up call in the form of needing to do something to save relationship or in the form of finding oneself falling in love or infatuation even. Some will struggle or confront their feelings, emotions that may come by surprise. Void Moon 6:39 am ET untul 9:05 am, followed by Gemini Moon time, squaring Saturn and aligned with Jupiter. Authority and rules may be resisted. People may tend to do their own thing and color outside the lines. Have meetings & conversations that could lead to something your heart desires. Thursday ~Gemini Moon aligns with the Sun, encouraging outgoing, extroverted ways, social events, and bright ideas and plans. Mercury and Mars are square to the Moon, so there may also be controversy, conflicts between two parties and questions about how to proceed. Discussions could be heated. Excitement will be amplified too. Avoid anxiety provoking situations. Keep conversations sensible and kind. Today's color is Yellow.

Friday ~ The Moon in harmony with Venus in Leo may get people and also groups back together and in touch. Whether it's a one time date, reunion or a reconvening of a weekly or frequent gathering, Venus retrograde brings us back together. Gemini Moon square to Neptune always feels sort of unsettled or unreliable yet could bring adventure and time to drift and get lost on purpose. Void Moon 1:27 pm to 6:52 pm contributes to that drifting feeling or likelihood. Cancer Moon takes us home tonight and helps us find our roots. Today's color is White.

Saturday ~ Cancer Moon in harmony with Saturn, and overnight into Sunday, finding harmony with Jupiter too. This speaks to the growth opportunities mentioned earlier in the week. Healthy structure is called for, and offers may be made, decisions may be waiting, and there are some releases that probably need to occur along the way. Keep good boundaries with family as they make their decisions. Remember what's yours and what is theirs. We don't always or often know the best path for someone else.
