Yoga and Baby Goat Visits


Congress Square Park in Portland, Maine for astrology inspired vinyasa yoga Thursday mornings
7-8 am. Outdoor yoga. Bring your mat. It's free!

Sunflower Farm in Cumberland Center, Maine July 21st Capricorn Full Moon Yoga with baby goats! Donations shared by me and the farm. We'd love to have you with us for yoga at 5:30 pm. All Levels and all ages.

August 18th same location, Aquarius Full Moon Yoga with a playful Leo spirit 5:30 pm. Partner poses will be included in this practice though you can choose to go solo or team up with a new acquaintance at the farm. Kids will love it!
