Sunday, January 29th ~ Taurus Moon aligns with Neptune and squares Saturn. This is a monthly pattern and may feel familiar as conflict between responsibilities and dreamier things. If you can rest, create at your own pace, and use your imaginative mind, do that. Today, the Sun and Mars are in harmony and this could be energizing and full of enthusiasm as well as contagious. Getting together in larger groups may feel very inspiring or activating. Mercury and Uranus say there's news to be shared and this news has an essence of change and 'in with the new'. Wear Blue today.
Monday ~ Void of course Moon for a few hours 12:52 to 3:35 am ET. Then the Moon moves to Gemini and interact with Venus, Jupiter and Mars. Personal and other relationships are in the forefront. There's a mix of good chemistry and possible differences (isn't there always though!). The Moon and Jupiter point to learning environments, study and entertaining philosophies of life which can also be philosophical differences as the Moon and Venus square. None of this feels overly strong and it seems that differences can be overcome with love and mutual goals, one or the other. Study and explore a topic of interest today, perhaps together. Wear Yellow.
Tuesday ~ Gemini Moon aligns with the Sun at 1:24 am ET. This continues some of Monday's vibes. Pursue an interest, read a good book, or gather with friends or colleagues on the same mission as yourself. I wouldn't say this week is 'boring', but it is less charged and not so full of retrograde madness. So you might actually get something done, work on something of importance, and have fewer blocks and distractions or errors. Communicate clearly and avoid putting things off. Wear Light Blue.
Wednesday ~ Gemini Moon squares Neptune and aligns with Saturn-different from yet related to the action of Sunday. Things may have shifted since then. Agreements may come more easily. Reliability may be an issue though. Notice who's missing or not taking responsibility. Also, ask lots of clarifying questions if something feels not quite honest or up front. Thursday ~ It's IMBOLC, and light is returning in a more noticeable way. The Moon is in home sign Cancer and in harmony with Venus in Pisces for romance, loving, caring, and soothing the heart. Jupiter squares the Moon and this may mean setting priorities. It feels like home and those dearest to us take top priority, yet there could be some inner conflict about pursuing a dream vs staying close to home and loved ones. Take time with this. The Moon and Uranus favor moments of clarity. Write them down or otherwise commit them to memory so they don't slip by like dreams. Wear White.
Friday ~ Cancer Moon opposes Mercury, and Mercury has retraced some degrees since the retrograde. This takes us to unfinished business, and since it's in Cancer there's likely a personal and emotional component to consider or reconcile before moving forward. The Moon is nearly Full and there's a tendency to seek the closure and the final result. Neptune will be helpful if this is creative work or process, but could contribute to laissez faire or distractions when common sense and serious intention is what's needed. Tonight as we get right into the Full Moon zone, the Sun square to Uranus could bring up frustrations and highlight places where we're having trouble letting go despite circumstances that require change and re-inventing. Notice any area where you need to re-invent your life or perspective. This may feel strong as we move into the Fullness of the lunar cycle this weekend. Consider if a group or peer pressures are holding you back from authenticism and what you really want and are destined for. Today's color is Turquoise.
Saturday ~ Full Moon is Sunday at 1:29 pm ET in Leo. The Moon enters Leo at 3:48 am ET and syncs with Jupiter, harkening back to our New Moon in Aquarius two weeks ago. Jupiter is the supporting player during this cycle and is set to open us up to experiences, learning, travels and generally broadening our perspective and understanding of the world. This trine is full of enthusiasm and open mind and heart. A square between Venus and Mars contrasts this and spotlights love and relationship, especially for Pisces, Gemini, Sagittarius and Virgo in long term relationships and marriages. There could be contention, something to sort out, or a real difference of opinion or love language that's creating conflicts or distance. This action is hosted by the mutable signs, the signs of shift, flow and change. Maybe that will make it easier, since there's more yield.
