Come to a sound bath session or dive into a level 1 training this winter!
We had a training in November with Kimber Lucier, and it was full of enrichment, friendship and also energy shift, so we decided to do it again in February! A group is already forming and we have room for 7 more ~ info on the flyer below!
Perhaps you'd like to attend a sound bath first, or get into the habit of using sound vibration to soothe, uplift and clear your mind and energy field.
Classes that offer sound vibration include
- New Years Aerial Yin, Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath with me on Sunday, January 1st 4:00-5:30 pm $39
this one is based in the aerial hammock and the sound bath will be the last 15 -20 minutes
- Yin & Restorative Yoga (guided by me) & Sound Bath by Mario Escamilla Sundays, January 22nd & February 26th 5:30-6:45 pm $25
this session tends to fill up and is priced to be very affordable, so rsvp as far in advance as possible
- MAGIC BODY with Tara Rook, an aerial or mat based small group session for healing & energy work based in Tara's original recorded ambient music on Sunday, February 19th 5:30-6:45 pm $39
this session includes light body work while you rest in hammocks or on the mat with comfy props
Tara's music project is JUST MILK and her music will be played in recorded form
this is a repeat of a November workshop & participants raved about how they felt & how much was released
