Ways to Practice Yoga & Essential Oils for the Signs:
1.) Diffuse your Sun and Moon signs into the air with a diffuser or into the skin with an oil carrier like fractionated coconut oil
2.) Diffuse Energizing Oils during the day or at active times
4.) Diffuse Calming Oils during the evening or for sleep
5.) Use an astrological calendar or simply see www.RobinsZodiacZone.com or www.RoZoYo.com/zodiac for the sign of the Moon and diffuse accordingly throughout the lunar cycle.
6.) Use your oils intuitively. During a fiery or active air sign Full Moon you might use the opposite element, water to balance emotions or earth to ground.
When emotions are flooding, stabilize with an earthy blend or an herbal or use Cheer or another citrus like Wild Orange to raise your spirits.
